Broward County Human Services Department

Broward County Human Services Department through its Community Partnerships Division (CPD) and Office of Evaluation and Planning’s Grants Team (GT) provides a variety of resources to Broward County nonprofit agencies holding a 501c3 and identified as active in the State of Florida. Information workshops are offered by CPD for agencies interested in applying for funding to provide direct and supportive social services in the areas of homelessness, children’s services and health care. Grant-related skills trainings provided by the GT and offered at no cost include “Grantwriting Basics” and “Collaborative Grants Development”. CareerSource Broward – starting a nonprofit
